The Mandrill is one of the largest monkeys it got its name cause it can stand on two legs for a short moment in time.
Its name Mandrill means Man-Ape and like all baboons its famous for its red bottom.
The Man-Ape is one of the most ferocious Monkeys/ Baboons on the planet it has over 24 teeth mostly made for ripping and chewing meats.
Its arm strength is more powerful then any average human it has a long tail which it uses to escape and capture prey in the trees.

The Baboon has several common enemies such as the Hawk, Leopard, Alligators and other Baboons.

The Ring-Tailed cat is a large omnivore as a The ring tail is buff to dark brown in color with white underparts and a flashy black and white striped tail which is longer than the rest of its body. The eyes are large and black, each surrounded by a patch of light fur. It is smaller than a house cat, measuring 30–42 cm long with a tail of 31–44 cm and weighing 0.8–1.5 kg. Ring tails have occasionally been hunted for their pelts, but the fur is not especially valuable

Since most of us can’t make it to the jungles of Africa, we are bringing the jungles to Denver. Keep your eyes open because on October 22, there will be hundreds of mountain gorillas running through the streets of downtown Denver. The Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund is hosting the 2nd Annual Denver Gorilla Run at Six Flags Elitch Gardens and all participants, volunteers and supporters are helping to keep Dian Fossey’s dream alive!
Each participant receives a full gorilla suit — just in time for Halloween. The race starts and finishes with an awards ceremony at Six Flags Elitch Gardens, and all “gorillas” receive a ticket to enjoy the park’s annual Fright Fest. Each participant in the 5.6K fun run/walk will be representing an actual group of gorillas that live in Uganda or Rwanda, Africa
